Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
All shipping inside the United States is done through our warehouse based in Los Angeles, California. Packages should be received within 3-5 business days based on the shipping option selected during checkout.
International shipping options will be available upon checkout at the customer's expense with arrival as soon as 5 business days. Any duty and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Is there free shipping?
All orders over $100 shipped to an address within the United States will be free of any shipping charges. For International orders, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs including duty and import taxes.
I am having trouble tracking my order.
After placing your order, it usually takes approximately 1 business day to fulfill the order and begin the shipping process. This excludes all weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation of when your product is shipped containing the tracking number. If you have received this email and it has been over 24 hours since receiving the email, please contact your local carrier for any questions.
I would like to return my items.
We accept returns/exchanges on all items excluding our Monaco collection, within 60 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn and in the original packaging without damage. Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return label to ship the item back.
A $5 handling fee will be accessed on all returns and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
All exchanges will be sent out as soon as the original item is shown to be in transit by the carrier.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return charges. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.
