Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Visit our returns portal at manssion.loopreturns.com/#/. You will need your order number and shipping zip code to get started. Orders placed in the United States will be provided a return shipping label, for international orders please see below. 

Non-Returnable Items

• Monogrammed or Engraved, and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, but remain covered by our Warranty.

• 14K solid gold items and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, but remain covered by our Warranty. 

• Normal or excessive wear and tear, such as scratches or stretched chains, is not eligible for return or exchange.

• Lost or stolen items.

Damage & Defects

• Items damaged in shipping or with manufacturing defects, such as faded plating not attributed to wear or a malfunctioning clasp, qualify for a free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Start at manssion.loopreturns.com and provide your order number and shipping zip code. Some claims require you to upload a photo for approval.

• After 30 days, defects are covered under our Warranty.

Gifts

• Manssion cannot gift wrap or include gift receipts/packing slips at this time.

• U.S. gift recipients can exchange items by emailing us at contact@manssion.com and provide the order number and shipping zip code. International gift exchanges are not currently supported.

International Returns:

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be received within 30 days of original delivery to:

• Refunds include the full item price from the original order. Shipping, duties and/or  taxes are not refundable. 

• We do not currently offer international exchanges, only store credit or a refund. For a different size or style, choose a refund or store credit and place a new order.
