This limited warranty is provided by MANSSION, 550 S. Hill St, #1000, Los Angeles, CA 90013

("Manssion"). It extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. It applies to products purchased directly from Manssion. Proof of purchase is required for all claims: your order number or the email address used at checkout.

Starting a claim: 

Send us an email at contact@manssion.com using the email address from your order and include a clear photograph of the issue; a photo is usually all we need to process your claim. We typically respond within 72 hours and will send follow up instructions once reviewed.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Jewelry

Manssion warrants its jewelry for one (1) year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, including moving parts, plating, adhesives, ropes, leathers, and the stones.

This warranty covers:

• Breakage, faulty mechanisms, or clasps

• Chains snapping

• Tarnishing or discolouration (beyond typical wear)

• Scratches (beyond surface-level wear)

• Stones falling out

This warranty does not cover:

• Lost items or components, inclusive of stones.

• Routine or excessive wear and tear, including stretching, bending, chain breakage, scratching, and tarnish.

• Deterioration of plating from oils, perfumes, soaps, lotions, pools, hot tubs, or other external agents. Plating issues that appear within the first 30 days of delivery qualify for a free exchange under our Return Policy.

• Damage from incorrect storage.

• Damage from accident, misuse, or abuse, such as crushing, impact, or damage caused by pets.

• Modifications, customizations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Manssion.

Lifetime Limited Warranty: 14k Solid Gold Fine Jewelry

Manssion warrants its 14k solid gold fine jewelry, including pavé stones and their settings, against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms of this policy. Pavé and stone-set jewelry in other metals is covered by the 1-Year Limited Warranty above.

This warranty does not cover:

• Lost items or components, inclusive of stones.

• Routine or excessive wear and tear.

• Damage from accident, misuse, or abuse.

• Modifications, customizations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Manssion.

All repairs under this warranty must be performed by Manssion; replacement items are not provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item in for repair services to MANSSION Repairs - 550 S Hill St, #1000, Los Angeles, CA 90013. If a repair is needed within 30 days on the purchase date Manssion will provide a complimentary standard ground return shipping label. Lost stones are not covered; however, if a stone has fallen out and you have retained it, we will reset it free of charge.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Leather Goods

Manssion warrants its leather goods for one (1) year from the date of delivery, covering all hardware, stitching, and straps.

This warranty does not cover:

• Routine or excessive wear and tear.

• Cosmetic damage such as cuts, stains, discoloration, or scrapes.

• Lost items or components.

• Damage from accident, misuse, or abuse.

• Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Miansai.

General Terms

Exclusions applying to all warranties: 

• Claims made using previously submitted photos

• Lost or stolen items

• Intentional damage or damage caused by third parties

• Excessive wear and tear

Examples of excessive wear and tear: Jewelry that has been subjected to intense or repeated misuse and shows damage beyond what we cover under our manufacturing guarantee. Jewelry should not be slept in, showered in or worn working out or operating heavy equipment or machinery. 

Remedy: Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is replacement of the defective product. Under the Lifetime Limited Warranty, the remedy is repair, as stated above. If a product is no longer available, Manssion will offer a comparable Manssion product of similar value and design, or store credit. Manssion does not offer repair services or sell replacement components (such as stones, screws, or clasps) for items outside the Lifetime Limited Warranty. Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. We aim to respond to all warranty claims within three (3) business days.

International claims: We are currently unable to ship warranty replacements internationally. Approved international claims are resolved with store credit for the cost of the item.

Limitation of implied warranties: Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the applicable written warranty above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of damages: Manssion shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
